Amit is a dreamer and entrepreneur, driven to make the world a better place through sustainability and energy efficiency technologies. Amit and his team at AeroBarrier & Aeroseal Technologies dream that every house and building could be passive home or Net Zero building with Aeroseal and AeroBarrier technologies at no cost penalty with big impact on future generations. He began his career at Tata Motors, followed by a long stint at Carrier before departing and breaking out on his own with an ambitious idea to bring a new home technology to market.

Building upon proven technology invented by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) over 20 years ago, AeroBarrier is a patented, cutting edge envelope sealing system that simultaneously measures and seals building envelope air leaks. Aeroseal is in the final stages of going to market with AeroBarrier envelope sealing for commercial, residential, and multi-family applications. It is currently in advanced field trials with an anticipated 2018 product launch at the NAHB International Builders Show.
