Meet Hap Pfeil, our MEP Systems Engineer with a passion for creating a positive impact on both the built environment and human health since joining Positive Energy in May 2021.

With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Geography, Hap combines technical prowess with an appreciation for the broader world around us. He's skilled in Revit and Office, using these tools to shape innovative solutions. Hap's dedication to better buildings and sustainability is palpable. He believes that reducing the environmental impact of our structures is vital for the health of our planet and ourselves. His drive to achieve this shines through in his meticulous work and high expectations for every project.

As a MEP Systems Engineer, Hap goes above and beyond to ensure our designs are not only technically sound but also practically feasible. He approaches projects from various angles, ensuring they are constructible in the field while meeting the highest standards of engineering excellence. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Hap is known for his passion for building, mixology, and swimming. He enjoys constructing both structures and cocktails, and his enthusiasm for life's many facets is contagious. When he's not working or indulging in his hobbies, Hap can be found diving into literature. One of his favorite books is "All The Pretty Horses," a reflection of his varied interests.
