Meet Michael Weiss, Positive Energy's CFO and a dedicated member of the team since October 2013. With a B.A. in UT Plan II, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and a decade of experience to the front office.

Driven by a passion for sustainability and combating climate change, Michael believes that reducing carbon footprints in the built environment can make a significant impact. As a part of Positive Energy, he finds purpose in contributing to this vital effort. In his role as CFO, Michael's wide-angle perspective and extensive history with the company allow him to apply a holistic approach to the business. He understands the importance of maintaining the bigger vision while ensuring financial health and success.

Outside of the office, Michael's interests are as diverse as his skills. He loves spending time with friends, delving into languages, and exploring the outdoors of West Texas. An unusual fact about him is his ability to read Classical Sanskrit, showcasing his dedication to continuous learning. Michael's enthusiasm is mirrored by his colleagues at Positive Energy. Beyond their collective drive, Michael also values their camaraderie and lighthearted approach to work.

While Michael doesn't have a favorite quote, his mental playlist of rock 'n' roll songs adds rhythm and inspiration to his life. One of his recent favorite books, "The Experience of God" by David Bentley Hart, reflects his curiosity about life's deeper questions.
