The Big Idea

Indigo brings together a highly coordinated design team around a home intended to feel composed, generous, and effortless. Positive Energy’s MEP engineering is integrated with LaRue Architects’ architecture and Kristen Nix’s interiors so that air distribution, controls, lighting coordination, and service access support rather than interrupt the visual calm. The goal is a healthy, comfortable, durable home whose technical sophistication is experienced as ease—and whose essential systems disappear into the refined details.
