The Big Idea
Gradients of Green is a living laboratory for healthy, accessible, low-energy design. Tornbjerg Design and Laura Britt shaped a calm, light-filled home around clean air, universal access, durable materials, and a strong connection to the garden. Positive Energy’s MEP engineering supports those ambitions with efficient systems, careful humidity control, and dependable comfort designed to help the home and its occupants thrive.

Great residential MEP work for exceptional architecture is rarely seen because the coordination disappears behind walls and into refined details—it simply works as it should. We are grateful to Leonid Furmansky for the photography published by Builder, which captures the home’s clarity, warmth, and health-focused design.
