The Big Idea
Campsite at Shield Ranch creates an immersive place for learning and gathering while treading lightly on a remarkable Hill Country landscape. Positive Energy’s MEP engineering supports durable, efficient operation and healthy comfort across a collection of buildings designed to remain deeply connected to the land.
The systems respond to seasonal use, outdoor life, and the practical demands of a working educational campsite. Careful coordination allows the architecture’s elemental materials, broad sheltering roofs, and framed landscape views to lead, while resilient infrastructure works quietly in support.
