The Big Idea

Knipp Road is organized as a progression through light, landscape, and shelter. studioMET’s courtyards create privacy while drawing daylight and planted views deep into the home, culminating in a shared living space where natural materials and outdoor connections shape a quiet sense of wellness. Positive Energy’s MEP engineering supports that experience with comfortable, healthy interiors and carefully coordinated systems that remain secondary to the architecture. The home’s sophistication is felt in how naturally it works—not in the visibility of its infrastructure.

Photography

Great residential MEP work for world-class architecture is rarely seen because all of our coordination disappears behind walls and into refined details—it simply works as it should. The photographers who capture the spirit of these homes so brilliantly remind us that what we create is beautiful because it is the sum of many parts becoming a whole.
