Knipp Road is organized as a progression through light, landscape, and shelter. studioMET’s courtyards create privacy while drawing daylight and planted views deep into the home, culminating in a shared living space where natural materials and outdoor connections shape a quiet sense of wellness. Positive Energy’s MEP engineering supports that experience with comfortable, healthy interiors and carefully coordinated systems that remain secondary to the architecture.
