The Big Idea
Fall Creek Residence follows a ridge above a spring-fed landscape with a sequence of modest, sheltering forms that open outward to the water and meadow. Positive Energy’s MEP engineering supports consistent, healthy comfort while allowing the home’s limestone, weathered steel, and generous shaded porches to remain the focus. The systems are designed to work quietly in the background so that family, guests, and the surrounding ranch can take center stage.
