The Big Idea

Verde Creek Ranch expands the experience of a Texas landscape through outdoor rooms, sheltered gathering spaces, and architecture that works with the climate instead of against it. Positive Energy’s MEP engineering supports resilient, comfortable use across the ranch while coordinating systems to remain quiet and unobtrusive. The resulting spaces feel open to the land yet dependable through heat, weather, and long seasons of family life.
