The Big Idea
Pinwheel Residence is an ambitious home organized around three wings that radiate from a shared heart, creating a rich sequence of indoor and outdoor experiences across a steep Austin site. Positive Energy’s MEP engineering is being carefully coordinated with the architecture from the outset, helping shape a healthy, comfortable, resilient home while protecting the clarity of its distinctive geometry. The goal is a sophisticated house that feels effortless to live in—quiet, fresh, intuitive, and beautifully tuned to its place.
