The Big Idea

Stone’s Throw is a warm, low-slung home designed to rest lightly within the Santa Lucia Preserve landscape. Positive Energy’s MEP engineering supports an all-electric, high-performance approach shaped around comfort, resilience, and simple daily use. Advanced energy modeling and carefully integrated systems help the home provide healthy air and stable indoor conditions while keeping the architecture’s natural materials, oak views, and quiet connection to the meadow at the center of the experience.
