Five Yard House gives a century-old Austin bungalow a generous second life, preserving its neighborhood presence while opening a modern addition to five distinct outdoor rooms. Positive Energy's MEP engineering supports healthy air, dependable comfort, and simple daily use across the restored and newly built portions of the home. The systems recede within Miró Rivera's careful transition from historic fabric to contemporary glass and landscape, helping old and new feel like one durable, deeply livable whole.
