Glencliff Residence renews a distinctive 1970 Austin home without losing the strength and character of its original masonry architecture. Positive Energy’s MEP engineering supports modern comfort and healthy indoor air by weaving updated systems through an existing structure reshaped by taller volumes, new roof geometry, and stronger connections to the landscape.
That integration allows essential infrastructure to remain quiet within Clayton Korte’s warm, contemporary renovation. The result respects the home’s history while making it comfortable, durable, and intuitive for modern life—an architectural transformation that feels both new and deeply rooted.
