Highland Park Residence creates an extraordinary interior world from a tightly constrained urban site. Alterstudio's powerful stone form, intimate courtyard, and flowing glass walls draw landscape and light deep into the home, while a separate gallery makes room for art and reflection. Positive Energy's MEP engineering quietly supports this sculptural architecture with dependable comfort, healthy indoor air, and systems carefully coordinated to preserve the clarity of every surface and opening.
