Meet Loren Bordelon, a System Design Engineer who's been shaping innovation at Positive Energy since June 2015. Armed with an EIT credential, she brings a unique blend of expertise to the team. Loren's journey is a tapestry woven with higher education degrees - a Masters of Public Health in Toxicology and a Masters of Engineering in Architectural studies. Her proficiency spans a spectrum of professional software including Revit, AutoCAD, RHVAC, and Trane Trace.

Loren's passion lies in the nexus of health and homes. She understands that our living environments profoundly impact our well-being. With her expertise, she crafts spaces that are intentional about materials, air, water, and energy, ensuring that better buildings lead to better lives filled with fun and vitality.

Within Positive Energy's projects, Loren's positive impact is evident in her devotion to plumbing and rainwater harvesting. She's a driving force behind the development of these services, continually enhancing what the company can offer. She also takes the lead in improving 3D design capabilities, making coordination in the field smoother and more efficient.

Her favorite quote by David Foster Wallace speaks to the essence of human nature: “In the day-to-day trenches of adult life, there is actually no such thing as atheism. There is no such thing as not worshiping. Everybody worships. The only choice we get is what to worship.” An unusual fact about Loren adds color to her uniqueness - she's colorblind, painting her world with a distinct perspective.
