Thomas Eaton
Thomas Eaton is a dedicated Electrical Design Engineer at Positive Energy, who joined our team officially February of this year. With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technologies from West Texas A&M University (cum laude), Thomas brings a decade of expertise and a relentless work ethic to every project.
Over the past ten years, Thomas has left his mark on diverse projects, from hospitals and high-rise buildings to stadiums, apartment complexes, fire stations, and high-end single-family residences. Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD he designs electrical systems that are reliable, efficient, and innovative. His passion for creating reliable, sustainable infrastructure drives his meticulous approach, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of functionality.
To Thomas, engineering is about building spaces that serve communities and stand the test of time. He believes hard work is the cornerstone of success, a principle that shines through in his commitment to overcoming challenges and delivering results. His ability to balance technical precision with practical solutions makes him a trusted leader in our design team.
Collaboration is at the heart of Thomas’s work. He cherishes the camaraderie at Positive Energy, where shared dedication and mutual support turn ambitious ideas into reality. His proudest moments come from seeing a project completed through teamwork, knowing it will benefit communities for decades.
Beyond his professional achievements, Thomas is a family man, devoted father to three children—Jameson, Thomas V, and Bailey—and a proud landowner in East Texas. A jiu-jitsu purple belt, he channels discipline and resilience from the mat into his work and life. As a former D1 and D2 college soccer player, he carries a competitive spirit and love for the outdoors, often spending weekends hiking, on the lake or exploring his land with his family. His favorite quote, “Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard,” reflects his belief that effort is the key to getting ahead—a value he instills in his children and brings to every project.
Thomas is more than an Electrical Design Engineer; he’s a problem-solver, a team player, and a vital part of the Positive Energy family, driven by hard work and a vision for a better-built world.
